How does the booking process work?
The booking process is entirely online. To reserve your session, a $130 deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the photoshoot, after it.
How long does it take to get our images back?
Typically, photo editing takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the season's workload. Once your gallery is ready, I'll send you a link, and you'll be able to download the photos in two resolutions - for the web and for printing. You can also share this link with your family members and friends. The gallery will be available indefinitely.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
The deposit is non refundable. However in the event of illness on the day or bad weather we try to reschedule your photo session subject to availability. Also you can use your deposit as credit for future sessions.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains, I will work with you to reschedule your session.
If your schedule is flexible, we can decide on the morning of your session whether to go ahead or reschedule. Weather forecasts aren't always accurate, so if your family agrees, we can still meet up. If we have to reschedule due to rain, you won't lose your deposit. This way, I can usually shoot most of the time.
Also you can use your deposit as credit for future sessions.

Can pets join the session?
Sure thing! Pets add a lot of fun to the photos. Just let me know when you book if you're bringing any pets and what kind they are.

What if my kid doesn’t cooperate?
If your kid is not cooperating – please don’t worry (because they will feel that).
I also have 2 kids (Mia 8 years old, and Max 4 years old), and I understand that children go through different stages of development and crises. I realize that being in a space with a new person can be stressful for them, and ultimately they may just feel shy. That's why I love Family package 2 because we have time for the children to get used to and feel comfortable.
I'll simply ask you not to get nervous yourselves and to behave as if on a regular walk, following the children, talking to them not about the seriousness and responsibility of the photoshoot, but about how we can have fun together. What can we do to make it awesome for everyone?
It would also be helpful if you could bring a little snack or their favorite toy.

Do you shoot extended families?
Yes, I offer extended family shoots. I love to capture images of children with their grandparents, aunties, uncles or cousins. We can do the shoot at your favorite spot or I can help pick a nice location.

Yes, I can create an additional gallery for you with all the best unedited JPG files for an additional $100.
